Sale of Surplus Parks Property at 500 Middlebury Road
Kent
Description
The Parks Department is selling a ranch home it has rented out since 2017, via absolute auction June 4 — no way to restrict it to owner-occupants.
Impact summary
The property will likely sell to the highest bidder — possibly becoming a student rental — as the city exits the landlord business.
