The Forest Lakes resident of 25 years described two years of 24/7 pump noise, diesel fumes, and excavation to expand the pond into a 5-acre recreational lake, submitting an affidavit and videos, and urged council to deny to protect neighbors' rights.

Another Forest Lakes resident testified he's seen no farming in 25 years, said the lake level has dropped so much a neighbor's dock is unusable, and asked when farming would actually start if the land isn't ready.
